Firstly, we would like to thank the wonderful customers who took the time to fill in and return our feedback forms, we use these surveys to gain valuable feedback which is vital to enhancing our customerโs experience.
This year we randomly selected over 70 customers to take part in our surveys, seeing a return of 31.
Customers were asked to evaluate us on 5 different criteria on a scale of 1-10. (1=Very Poor, 10=Excellent)
We are pleased to receive average scores of;

- Value for money – 8.29ย
- Quality – 9.10
- Delivery – 9.03ย
- Response by contact person – 9.45
