This partnership, which began in 2004, has been crucial to our business, helping us distribute electrical cables efficiently across the UK and Europe.
Since Bartrums, a family-owned business and founding shareholder member of the Pallet-Track network, began distributing goods for us, our relationship has flourished. In fact, Bartrums now handles more than twice the number of palletised shipments for us compared to 10 years ago, reflecting the growing strength of our partnership.
A key aspect of our success together has been the seamless tracking of pallets throughout the entire distribution process, alongside the strong rapport between our teams. The trust built at all levels, from warehouse staff to drivers, has been a cornerstone of our day-to-day operations. Speed and reliability are essential to our operations, and Bartrums has continually risen to the challenge, providing timely deliveries supported by their state-of-the-art fleet equipped with GPS tracking and fully integrated Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems.
Steve Hines, our warehouse manager, speaks highly of the daily interactions with Bartrums’ drivers. “The drivers from Bartrums are great to work with. Even when we have specific demands or tight schedules, they are always willing to accommodate us, often waiting beyond collection times to ensure everything runs smoothly.”
